At Yard Bistro, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, please contact us and we’ll work with you to find an appropriate solution.

Returns

·       Return requests must be made within 30 calendar days of purchase.

·       Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

·       All returns must be approved by Customer Service before being shipped back.

·       Please email contact@stevvex.com with your order information, a description of the issue, and photos of the product when applicable.

·       Do not send a return to an address that has not been provided by Customer Service. Return addresses may vary by product and location.

Important Return Information

·       Unauthorized Returns: Returns sent without prior approval may be subject to a 35% cancellation, handling, and restocking fee.

·       Refused Deliveries: Orders refused at delivery are considered abandoned and are not eligible for a refund.

·       Unboxing Damage: Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for products damaged by scissors, knives, or other sharp objects during unboxing.

·       Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@stevvex.com.

·       Photos of the packaging

After reviewing the issue, we may provide a replacement or store credit, depending on the circumstances.

Exchanges

If an approved exchange is required:

·       Follow the return instructions provided by Customer Service.

·       Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the exchange status.

·       Approved replacements will be shipped at no additional cost.

·       If the replacement item is out of stock, we will issue a discount code equal to the original purchase amount for use on a future order.

Refunds

Standard refunds are issued as Store Credit.

In exceptional circumstances, a refund may be issued to a PayPal account provided by the customer.

Please note:

·       Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

·       Return shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

·       Applicable marketing fees are non-refundable.

·       Once a return is received, please allow 5–7 business days for inspection and processing.

·       After processing, PayPal refunds may take an additional 3–10 business days to appear in your account.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Please package your return securely and include the original packaging, boxes, tags, and other materials.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. The customer is responsible for the item until it reaches the return facility.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 30 minutes of purchase, or before a shipping label has been automatically generated.

Because orders are processed quickly, once a shipping label has been created and the order has entered warehouse processing, the order can no longer be cancelled.

We operate from over 60 fulfillment centers worldwide. To ensure the fastest delivery, we reserve the right to ship your order from the warehouse with available stock that is closest to your location. This flexibility allows us to reduce delivery times and avoid unnecessary delays.

At checkout, customers can choose from several shipping methods depending on their location:

  • Free Shipping – Always free of charge. Delivery time is provided before purchase and varies by region. Please note that Free Shipping does not match the speed of Express options.

  • Fast Shipping – Priority handling with quicker delivery compared to Standard.

Fraudulent Orders & Risk Management

  • All orders are automatically screened by a fraud detection system.
  • If an order is flagged as high-risk or appears to have been placed with a stolen credit card, it will not be fulfilled.
  • Our system does not charge cards used in fraudulent or high-risk orders. Such orders are automatically voided for security reasons.
  • We reserve the right to request additional information or verification from the customer before fulfilling an order.

Incorrect Shipping Information
