Built using metal studs, concrete board, porcelain tile, and synthetic stucco. This fire pit has a regulated flame that is controlled with a hearth turn-key ball valve. This model will arrive fully assembled; Just plug and play your gas lines. Fire glass is used to cover the burner and create a cool look with style.

· Return Window: Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
· Item Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, with all accessories, labels, and tags included.
· Proof of Purchase: Your order number or proof of purchase is required.
· Return Authorization: Please contact Customer Service before sending anything back. We will provide return instructions and, when applicable, a return authorization and shipping label.
· Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
· Change of Mind: Returns due to a change of mind must be requested within 3 days of delivery. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and applicable restocking fees may apply.
· Damaged or Defective Items: Contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide photos or video. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
· Incorrect Item: Contact us immediately. We will arrange the return at our expense and send the correct product.
· Lost Orders: If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier. If confirmed lost, we will provide a replacement or full refund.
· Order Cancellation: Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before shipment. Once shipped, the standard return policy applies.
· Non-Returnable Items: Custom or personalized products, perishable goods, intimate/sanitary items, gift cards, and downloadable software are non-returnable.
· Refunds: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.
· Refund Timing: Please allow up to 14 days for a refund to appear in your account after approval, depending on your financial institution.
· Exchanges: Defective, damaged, or incorrect items may be replaced. We cover shipping costs for these items.

Order Cut-Off:
Orders placed before
5:00 PM EST begin processing the same business day.
Weekend & Holiday Orders:
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Standard Delivery: Estimated delivery is 4 - 7 business days
Expedited Delivery: Estimated delivery is 3 - 5 business days

We may ship with USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the product and destination.
Delivery Times:
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Damaged or Missing Items
Damaged Package: Please take photos of the damaged packaging and product and contact us
within 24 hours of delivery
Missing Items: Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order, including your order number and details about the missing item.
We’ll work with you to arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.
Delayed or Lost Packages
If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us so we can assist.
If tracking shows your package was delivered, but you cannot locate it, please first verify your shipping address and check with neighbors or building management. We’ll be happy to help investigate.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, we’ll contact you about reshipping.
