Delivery and availability dates are estimates based on information available when your order is placed. Actual availability may change due to manufacturer inventory, production schedules, or other circumstances beyond our control.
For special-order products, delivery depends on the manufacturer’s current inventory and availability. We will contact you when your order is ready to arrange delivery or pickup.
The person placing the order must be at least 18 years old and must be present to sign for delivery.
· Returns and exchanges must be approved before the item is returned.
· Approved returns must be requested within 10 days of delivery or pickup.
· Items must be new, unused, and in their original condition.
· A purchase receipt or order information is required.
· The customer is responsible for transporting the item back for an approved return or exchange.
· A minimum 25% restocking/cancellation fee will apply to approved returns.
· Original delivery fees, redelivery fees, and return pickup fees are non-refundable.
· Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Cash refunds are not provided.
· Please allow 2–10 business days for credit card refunds to process.
Special-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
We strongly recommend reviewing product dimensions, specifications, colors, and other details carefully before placing a special order.
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

· Accessories
· Lamps
· Pictures
· Extended warranties or protection plans
· Delivery and service charges
Please inspect your furniture when it arrives and notify us of any damage or defects within 3 days of delivery.
Depending on the issue, we may:
· Arrange for a manufacturer-certified technician to make a repair.
· Provide replacement parts.
· Work with the manufacturer on another appropriate resolution, which may include a discount.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you discover a problem so we can help resolve it.
Our delivery service does not include removal or moving of existing furniture or other items.
Please make sure the delivery path and the area where your new furniture will be placed are clear before delivery. If the delivery area is not accessible or prepared, delivery may need to be rescheduled and an additional fee may apply.
· Digital gift cards may be used for purchases on our website.
· Gift cards are not redeemable for cash.
· Gift cards are valid for 1 year from the purchase date.
· Gift card purchases are final and non-refundable.
· Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
· Gift cards may be used on regular-priced items only and cannot be used on clearance or marked-down merchandise.
· Gift cards cannot be combined with other offers.
· To redeem a gift card, simply enter the gift card code at checkout.

- For in-stock items, your items will be prepped and shipped within 3 business days.
- For items to be ordered, your salesperson will provide an eta for the items to arrive to us. Once we have them from the manufacturer, we will prep and ship within 3 business days.
- Once your items have been provided to the shipper, they will reach out to you to schedule your delivery appointment. Transit time can vary from 5-10 business days depending on location.
- Shipped orders will ship in the manufacturer's packaging to your front door. You are responsible for bringing the items inside and unpacking. Check with the store to verify assembly requirements before placing your order. Most items require none to minimal assembly, and some are more intensive.
- Once delivery is complete, the shipper will provide us with pictures of the delivered items.
In-Home Dropoff Delivery Service: GA, FL, AL, TN, SC
- Deliveries are made Monday - Sunday, 8 am-11 pm, starting at $139.
- Some areas may be subject to additional fees and delivery day restrictions. See a Sales Consultant for full details.
- Additional setup fee of $79 per room
- Your delivery will be confirmed by Monday the week of delivery, and you will be given a 3-hour delivery window*.
Our Service Technicians will call/text when leaving the stop prior to let you know they are on their way.
- Customer must arrange to be home or have a responsible adult (18 years or older) there to accept and sign for delivery.
- Delivery includes taking the furniture to the room of choice at one address (some furniture may require an extra set up fee, optional).
- Prior to scheduling delivery, home must be complete: closings, construction and/or remodeling, as well as a driveway that is passable.
- Our Service Technicians are restricted from moving any electronic equipment or existing furniture already in the home. If you need your existing furniture moved, this MUST be done prior to our delivery team arriving. No exceptions.
- We cannot take appointments or requests. The 3-hour time frame is based on the most efficient routing metrics*.
* Delivery times are subject to change depending on traffic, weather, and other extraneous circumstances out of our control. Express Delivery Service:
- Everything in Dropoff Delivery...but FASTER, if you don't live too far away. (see store) In stock items delivered in 1-3 Business Days
- Regular delivery fee plus $80 for express.

- Available Tuesday - Sunday 8 am-11 pm, starting at $99
- Your delivery will be confirmed the week of delivery by Tuesday evening, and you will be given a 4-hour delivery window*.

- Products with multiple parts will require do-it-yourself assembly.
- We place all furniture just inside the garage, carport, or driveway of your house, apartment, or condo building.
- 10-piece maximum for curbside delivery
- All merchandise is dropped off in the manufacturer's packaging.
- Customer must arrange to be home or have a responsible adult (18 years or older) there to accept and sign for delivery.
- NOT INCLUDED: placement of furniture into your home or into individual rooms, unpacking or unwrapping furniture, removal of packing materials, any necessary assembly, or delivery outside of our delivery area.
You have 3 days after delivery to alert us of any damages or defects. Not available on as-is, floor sample, or clearance merchandise.* Delivery times are subject to change depending on traffic, weather, and other extraneous circumstances. Additional Delivery Services: The following services can be provided for the listed upgrade fees. For piece counts that are not defined below, please contact us. Merchandise requiring assembly or items that are considered oversized are subject to an additional $79.00 fee (per room), see store for specifics. * See associate for full details. Customer Pickup: Pickup is available at our Dallas, Ga Warehouse behind our showroom. You must come by the showroom prior to pickup to gather documents to take to the warehouse. Standard warehouse hours are Monday - Friday by appointment only and Saturdays 10 am -3 pm. If you need to pick up at a later time, please call the store to make arrangements at 678-402-1190. We will load the furniture in its carton.
We do not assemble furniture that is picked up. If you want the furniture assembled, you may want to have it delivered.
If you receive your furniture and discover defects or damage, we will send a certified technician out to repair the furniture, or the manufacturer may offer a discount to keep it. If picked up, it will be your responsibility to transport damaged merchandise back to the store or pay a delivery charge; no exceptions.
