We want you to be happy with your purchase from Yard Bistro. Please review the following policies before placing your order.
For eligible, non-defective merchandise returned because the customer changed their mind, ordered the wrong size, ordered the wrong product, or no longer wants the item, a 25% restocking fee may apply. This fee helps cover processing, inspection, and repackaging costs, and does not apply to defective products returned within the applicable return period.
Clearance items, gift cards, personalized or customized items, special-order or custom-made products, open-box items, assembled items, products marked "Non-Returnable," food and perishables, personal-care products, hazardous materials, saunas, hot tubs, float pods, electric bikes, grill islands, garage doors, and massage chairs are not eligible for return.
Depending on the circumstances, the resolution may include a credit, a refund, a replacement, or return of the original product before a replacement is issued.
Because many of our products are large or shipped by freight, please inspect your shipment carefully upon delivery. Photograph any visible damage to the packaging before opening the shipment. If damage is discovered after opening, photograph the product and packaging immediately and contact us within 24 hours so we can evaluate the damage and assist with any necessary shipping claim.
We generally do not process direct exchanges. The quickest way to receive a different product is to request a return for the original item, return it after receiving written approval, and once accepted, place a new order for the desired product.
Eligible products are covered by the manufacturer's applicable warranty. Where a product is covered by a 30-day limited warranty, the warranty covers manufacturing defects occurring within 30 days of the purchase date.
Warranty may cover: manufacturing defects, product faults, damage occurring during delivery, and product misrepresentation or errors.
Warranty does not cover: normal wear and tear, accidental damage, water damage, intentional damage, improper assembly, improper maintenance, improper storage, or misuse/abuse. Warranty coverage may vary by manufacturer and product.
Contact Yard Bistro with your order number or proof of purchase, a description of the issue, clear photographs of the product, and video evidence when appropriate. We'll review the information and provide instructions for next steps.
Not every situation qualifies for a return, refund, replacement, or warranty claim. We reserve the right to evaluate each situation individually. Manufacturer-specific warranty terms may apply and may differ from the policies above. Please contact Yard Bistro before returning any merchandise.

1. SHIPPING
- Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery to the United States,
- Please allow 2-6 weeks for delivery to the rest of the world.
- Handling time is 1-3 business days.
2. ORDER CONFIRMATION
- You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as you place your order. This means that we have authorized your credit card for the purchase and are preparing your order for shipment.
- As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our warehouse to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.
- If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will reach out to you via phone or email.
- If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
3. ORDER SHIPMENT
- Your order will be shipped via UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, and various LTL Freight carriers to the lower 48 states.
- Please ensure that you provide the correct phone number to ensure proper delivery by the freight company.
4. DAMAGES
Please inspect the packaging of your items for damages when they arrive. If you notice any damages, please contact support@saksby.com with photos of the damages immediately.
5. ORDER CANCELLATION
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled. All unshipped orders cancelled after 12 hours are subject to a 5% cancellation fee because we incur costs from our credit card processing company after we confirm your product is in stock and capture the payment for your order.
6. DELIVERY
Please note that deliveries are considered received once they arrive at the address and are marked as "delivered" by the shipping courier. Saksby Wholesale assumes no responsibility if your order gets stolen or cannot be found after delivery
